We value 100% transparency and want to show you that in this section of our website. Here we’ll be going through the supplier we use, what you can expect from your delivery & the time frames that you are put before when ordering from us.


Our Supplier, One Ecommerce.

Our supplier is One Ecommerce. We’ve been working closely with this company for some time now and they have delivered absolutely flawless performance in terms of quality checks, delivery times and tracking information.

One Ecommerce is the only company that could live up to our quality expectations and there for we are proud to let you know you can expect premium packaging and product quality when ordering from us.
 

Delivery Information:

Your order is packed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours. This is called processing time and is the time it takes from when you place your order with us until it ships from our warehouse at One Ecommerce.

After packaging and initial shipping you can expect to receive your order within 3-10 days in most cases. Please allow up to 15 total business days for delivery. However this is very rare and will almost exclusively happen in situations where we were hindered due to storms, flooding etc.

 

Tracking Information:

All of our orders are shipped with a Tracking-ID. If you want to follow your order please do not hesitate to contact us using the form in the main menu. If the 24-48 hour window has passed in 99/100 cases, we will have a tracking number ready for you. However please do allow up to 72 hours after placing your order until tracking information is available.

Shipping Policy:

IMPORTANT: Crystallized Photography is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at check out.


If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information. We will assist you in any way we can - however please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. We will however attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation - we are here to help you.

Crystallized Photography is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers are accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. 

Crystallized Photography is not, nor will be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. Should the purchaser have any doubt as to whether these charges may be applicable they should seek further information from the relevant authority in their country. Spherical Photography cannot advise on these fees - however it is generally highly unlikely that they will apply unless you are purchasing for commercial resale.
